To schedule an appointment, feel free to call, email or request an appointment online and we will get you scheduled at our earliest convenience.

If you have an appointment scheduled, we ask that arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure adequate time to fill out any paperwork that may be needed. We also request that you please bring a copy of your medical insurance card with you to your appointment (or electronic copy). Many vision insurances do not have a separate insurance card but we are able to access your vision insurance through your medical insurance information making the billing process easier. We do the best we can to contact you prior to your appointment if for some reason we are unable to find your insurance coverage so you know prior to your appointment any out of pocket payments/charges.  Unfortunately, some costs are unknown due to the type of exam, materials, and prescription.
